Johannes Gritschacher is a drummer and producer hailing from Austria. 

Johannes’ skills have allowed him to build an impressive resume as a drummer, performing with a variety of artists all over the world and recording in studios from Austria to Los Angeles. 

His musical education started at age 6 in a small local music school in the South of Austria where he built his foundation through weekly drum lessons with drum coach Karl Unterkofler. During his 12 years at the music school he’s racked up an impressive list of awards and performance experiences before moving to Boston after his acceptance to the renowned Berklee College of Music

Johannes constantly strives to grow musically as well as spiritually and has had guidance from musicians such asThomas Lang, Hal Crook, Kim Plainfield, Ian Froman, Terri Lyne Carrington and Dave DiCenso. After graduating Berklee with a major in Drum Performance and further studies in Contemporary Writing and Production, Johannes moved to Los Angeles beginning of 2016. 

He’s been touring/recording/performing with artists such as Bazzi, Joshua Bassett, Daniel Seavey, Why Don’t We, Olivia O’Brien and Ryan Beatty, and has had TV appearances on major shows including The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, America’s Got Talent, James Corden’s The Late Late Show, Dick Clark’s Rockin’ Eve and Jimmy Kimmel Live.
